Welcome to Artopia

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Artopia's art inventory and business management platform. By using Artopia, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Artopia.

Account security: You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate information: Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

2. What you can do with Artopia

Your license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Artopia for managing your art inventory and business operations.

Acceptable use: Use Artopia for legitimate art business purposes. Don't use it to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

• Upload malicious code or spam

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

3. Your content and data

You own your data: All artwork information, images, client data, and business records you upload remain yours.

License to us: You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content to provide the service. We won't use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

Your responsibility: You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content on Artopia, including artwork images.

Data backup: While we implement regular backups, you're responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

4. Payment terms

Subscription fees: Current pricing is available on our website. During beta, the service is free.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price changes: We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price increases.

Storage limits: Plans include specified storage limits. Additional storage may be available for an additional fee.

5. Service availability

Uptime: We strive for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, with advance notice when possible.

Changes to features: We may modify, add, or remove features. We'll communicate significant changes in advance.

6. Termination

By you: Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.

After termination: You'll have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.

7. Intellectual property

Our rights: Artopia's software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers and limitations

"As is" service: Artopia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Artopia.

Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy and data protection

10. Changes to terms
